1. B2C only webshop
This webshop is intended for consumer purchases only (B2C).
Business-to-business (B2B) orders are not accepted through the webshop checkout.

We sell physical books and related products through this webshop.
Product availability may change at any time, depending on stock levels. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and arrange a refund or another solution where applicable.

We deliver to the countries and destinations shown during checkout.

4. Processing time (order preparation)
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
Processing time may be longer during:

- stock replenishment periods
- operational disruptions beyond our reasonable control

6. Shipping costs

7. Address accuracy and failed delivery
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because of:
- incorrect address details
- refusal of delivery (without legal grounds)
- failure to collect the parcel in time
we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Delivery confirmation and receipt of goods
Please inspect your parcel and the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at selivan.marketing@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the item and packaging (where relevant)

Payment must be completed successfully before the order is processed for shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not necessarily store full payment card details on our own systems when payment is processed by an external payment provider.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam / junk folder first, then contact us at selivan.marketing@gmail.com.

Where available, we may send a dispatch confirmation email and tracking information after shipment.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and carrier.
13. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds
Consumer returns and the 14 day right of withdrawal (where applicable) are governed by our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Please read that policy before requesting a return.
Important return note for books:
To avoid damage during return shipping, please package books securely and use protective packaging. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect the refundable amount where permitted by law.
14. Pricing and VAT
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated on the Website.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
The final payable amount, including shipping costs, is displayed before you confirm the order.
