This Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to consumer purchases (B2C) made through the webshop at https://selivanmarketing.com/ (the "Website").
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. B2C only webshop
This webshop is intended for consumer purchases only (B2C).
Business to business (B2B) orders are not accepted through the webshop checkout. Any business order requests must be made by email and are handled separately through manual invoicing.
3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods, or
- in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.
4. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do this by sending a clear statement by email to:

You may use the EU Model Withdrawal Form available on the Website, but it is not mandatory.
To help us process your request faster, please include:
- your name
- your order number
- the products you wish to return
- the date you received the goods
- your contact details
5. Return of goods after withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

6. Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated on the Website or required by applicable law, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it is received.
7. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To avoid disputes, please return items:
- in their original condition as far as reasonably possible
- with any included accessories or inserts (if applicable)
- in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return transport
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but excessive handling, damage, or use may result in a reduction of the refund where permitted by law.
8. Reimbursement after valid withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery costs (if and to the extent required by applicable law).
Important:
- We are not required to reimburse supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling beyond what is permitted by law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier, as permitted by law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Non withdrawal returns (damaged, defective, incorrect item)
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at selivan.marketing@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the item and packaging (where relevant)
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law, such as replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
10. Refused delivery, uncollected parcels, and incorrect addresses
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete address,
- the parcel was refused without legal justification,
- the parcel was not collected in time,
we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping costs for reshipment may be charged to the buyer.
This section does not limit your legal right of withdrawal under applicable law.
11. Returns outside the legal withdrawal right
Any return or exchange accepted outside the legal right of withdrawal is at our discretion, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
If we voluntarily accept such a return, the conditions (including shipping costs, item condition, and refund method) may be specified case by case.
12. Exclusions and exceptions
The legal right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be lost, in certain situations provided by applicable law.
If any legal exception applies to a product sold on the Website, this will be stated on the relevant product page and or during checkout where required.
13. How to package a return
Please pack returned items securely to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend that you:
- use protective packaging
- include the order number inside the parcel
- keep proof of shipment and tracking number until your refund is completed
14. Processing time for returns
Once a returned parcel is received, we will inspect it and process the return within a reasonable time.
Refund timing may also depend on your payment provider or bank processing times.
